ESnet Announces Contract to Upgrade Connectivity to Brookhaven, Oak Ridge National Labs

DENVER, September 27, 2004 — Qwest Communications International Inc. will upgrade network connectivity into two U. S. Department of Energy (DOE) sites on the Energy Sciences Network (ESnet).
